Get rollin’ at a sushi-making class at SHOWFIELDS on August 15 starting at 6:30 p.m. ROLLN is the recently-opened Flatiron sushi shop making sustainable, Australian-inspired hand rolls. Founders David Tam and Gavin Tseng, two Aussie expats who were nostalgic for the sushi style they grew up with, will lead the class. Get a hands-on lesson and learn to make two of their own hand rolls (using rice and quinoa) while enjoying sake and bites. Tickets are $35 and are available here.
