Alain Ollier and Erica Berman moved from Paris to Maine and launched Veggies to Table, a nonprofit farm that provides healthful food to the community. Just this past year they donated 16K pounds (13,333 healthful meals) to over 30 organizations. Read all about them and consider helping them by volunteering or donating in the new year.
