Katherine Slevin of C.Love Baking Project cookies has a very exciting new project: the C.Love Baking Academy! The academy will continue C. Love’s mission by offering immigrant women the skills needed to thrive in a professional pastry kitchen and empower them to take on professional work, or whatever they set their minds to. Treats from recipes learned in class will be sold in C. Love’s retail space with students working on-site at the cafe.
