Tomorrow, June 27 is Food Industry Action Day, a national fundraiser to support the NAACP Legal Defense Fund as part of an effort within the restaurant industry to take collective action for racial justice. Several local restaurants have pledged to donate 5% of the day's sales to the cause, including LB Kitchen, Elements: Books Coffee Beer in Biddeford, Bresca & the Honeybee, Gelato Fiasco, Rose Foods and more.
