Did you know SMCC offers public culinary arts luncheons throughout the academic year? The Culinary Arts Dining Room serves as an upscale epicurean “lab” for the College’s Culinary Arts -- and has a spectacular view of Casco Bay. You can enjoy a four-course a la carte meal featuring a different regional cuisine or a buffet lunch, while talented culinary arts students learn the fine art of running a full-service restaurant. It's just $15, every Friday at noon. Reservations required, calls will be taken on Thursday and Friday from 10–11 a.m. 207-741-5612.
