Taco alert! Ghost Pepper is now open in Dorchester, with those tacos as well as Mexican and Latin-inspired tapas. And tequila. Go for a plate of elote or yuca frita with a spicy red sauce then an entree of pollo al horno, a crispy skin chicken with adobo sauce. Tacos include one with crispy octopus and Vietnamese slaw and one with carne asada with avocado puree and radishes.
