Chef Tiffani Faison and wife/business partner Kelly Walsh (Tiger Mama, Fool’s Errand, Sweet Cheeks) have opened fancy Italian food spot Orfano. The gin martinis are shaken table side and the tux-garbed waitstaff serve dishes like Clams Orfano with peperonata and buttery breadcrumbs, meatballs with Sunday gravy, and lobster bucatini as well as a big veal chop.
