Chef Colton Coburn-Wood has introduced a new spring menu at Lower Mills Tavern. Get dishes like crab shumai with grilled asparagus, radish, cilantro, lemongrass and ginger gastrique or bavette steak with roasted onion, seared asparagus, herb-roasted new potatoes and morel beurre blanc.
