Not only is Miyabi 45th the only restaurant on the West Coast serving handmade soba noodles, but it’s also one of the best in the country. You can get soba both hot and cold. Try the bukkake hiyashi nanuki natto with fermented soy beans, sous vide egg, cucumber, tempura flakes and daikon radish.
