Bon Appetit came out with their list of the 50 Best New Restaurants and while there aren’t many in New England, Portland’s own Regards made the cut. Editors noted dishes like Peekytoe crab which “tastes even sweeter when pressed into a cake with crispy brown rice” and pointed out chef Neil Zabriskie’s “thoughtful garnishing” which fancies up fresh Maine seafood. That Peekytoe crab with short grain brown rice, kelp, miso, husk cherries, and aji amarillo has been on the menu since they opened.
