Luke's Lobster will be celebrating the Cambodian New Year, April 14-16, by featuring a scallop num pang on its menu. This delicious sandwich is made with pickled vegetables and sweet and spicy sauces - and Luke's special version uses local day boat scallops instead of the traditional meat. The idea comes from Chenda Chamreoun, one of the many Cambodians who are an integral part of the Luke's team. All profits from the num pang will be donated to the Cambodian Community Association of Maine, a non-profit dedicated to cultural exchange, community building, and civic engagement in Maine's Cambodian community. Eat in or take out.
