The Knotted Apron has lovely outdoor dining space (with space heaters!) and a small, but truly enticing menu. The swordfish with eggplant caponata and polenta caught our eye, and that oyster mushroom risotto with Taleggio sounds seasonally delightful. They opened just before pandemic times, so give them a try. Reservations are a must, call (207) 805-1523. Take out also available.
