Part & Parcel is a bright and cheerful spot in Biddeford that's part gourmet grocery with loads of local goods, part beverage shop and part sandwich spot. There's a nice selection of panini (KSO with candied jalapenos!) and an ever-changing dessert case with delicious items, baked in-house and from nearby Little Spruce Baking Co.
