MAPS, the pubby, underground bar in the Old Port, has a simple formula: beer, vinyl, grilled cheese. There are a few kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches and we recommend sharing them all. The Vermonter combines cheddar and provolone with bacon and maple & onion jam, while the English swaps in roasted garlic jam and red onion. Save some room for cake.
