Crawfish destination Le Sia has opened a new spot in Hell’s Kitchen. Go for the gloriously messy crawfish boil or a big pile of snow crab legs. We usually start with a few skewers like the bacon with green beans or lamb testicles. JK. You order those, we’ll stick with the Tiger shrimp with pineapple or Chinese style etouffee.
