Chef Jae Lee has opened a home for his very popular kimchee mayo topped burger and other Korean-American fare from his Him pop-up. Nowon is in the East Village with that burger but also dishes like wok-fried jjanjang clams with chicken and black bean butter and chopped cheese rice cakes.
