Could this creation at Vena's Fizz House be the most cheerful mocktail in all of Portland? It's the Fluffy Fizz, a fruity, flavorful fantasy for adults and kids, made of lemon, lime and cherry juice balanced with orange shrub, then topped with a cloud of cotton candy. Just looking at it makes us smile.
