The Maine Spirits Limited Release Spirits Lottery opens tomorrow at 9 a.m. The winner(s) of the lottery have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of limited availability spirits (at current retail prices), including Sazerac Rye 18 Year Whiskey, Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year Bourbon, George T.
