Great Diamond Island's Crown Jewel re-opened with boatside delivery service of food and cocktails. Order in advance for a certain time, hang out by the dock and a staff member will meet you at your boat in an inflatable dinghy with gloves, a mask, smiling eyes and your order. The Aperol Spritz is cleverly deconstructed, containing an individual bottle of Prosecco, a pouch of Aperol, and an orange wheel, for you to mix up fresh on board.
