A dive bar with a Dolly Parton theme? Count us so very “in.” Dolly’s Swing & Dive has opened in Williamsburg. Owners Raffaello Vancouten and Devin Schuck say it has “all the things we love most about a dive bar, like the boisterous attitude and cheap drinks, and made it just a little more grown up.” All the cocktails are $9 including a St. Agrestis Negroni made with Greenhook Gin, Brooklyn-made sweet vermouth and Inferno bitters.
